  • Reservation-of-title clause

    • The property in the goods  passes to you at the moment, when we get the money from your creditcard-organisation and when full payment has been received. You are not allowed to call off the deal and this contract.

  • Shipping 

    • We usually ship within 24 hours from when we receive your order ! If you e-mail by noon,we can usually get your order out the same day! 
    We send most items via AIR MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL. 
    Most orders will arrive at your home within 1 or 2 weeks from the day we mail it.
    If you haven't received your order in this time frame, send a e-mail to B-B-B@t-online.de or FAX, so we make sure, it got sent.

If you get your order and it is not what you expected, we will exchange it for anything of equal value within 30 days of your invoice! In EU-countries within 14 days. Simply return  the item to us with receipt. We usually process your return within two business days. If we make a mistake,  please call or write so we can make it right for you!  New and unworn bathing-suits, bras, patterns, lingerie and all other
    clothing may be returned for exchange or full refund ( outside Germany: less shipping) within 30 days. We cannot accept washed items unless there is a workmanship or material flaw. We do not refund shipping charges outside Germany with a returned item. Please make sure, you are happy with the fit and style before you wear it.
  • Terms of payment 

    • You find the prices always in EURO ( EUR). For a better information you can find the prices approximately  in  US$ on the shoppingsite.  All  orders must be paid with a credit card or pre-paid by money-order.I f you  pay by credit card,  we will bill the exact charges to your account in your currency.
